Actual photo on top, painting on the bottom. The photo was truncated a bit on its width, and the colors weren't quite what I was hoping for (darker and more blue than I saw in the photo), but I tweaked them a bit (added a grey wash over much on the bottom right, and added brighter touches in the tress on the left) and am happy with the final result! This is the fourth one I've done and I've enjoyed painting each of them. Will paint more!

It was very relaxing to paint this, and I loved doing it (it never felt exhausting or annoying to finish it). It came with all of the needed colours, and also with another small paper copy of the chosen image with the numbers so that you can go back and check, because you sometimes draw over the numbers while painting on the canvas. They also provide multiple paintbrushes! The painting turned out amazing - it was for my grandmas 80. birthday and she had tears in her eyes. But be aware that this painting will take a few dedicated days to be completed (when working alone), when painting with someone else it should go way faster :) however I did underestimate the time needed to complete this painting. But in conclusion, this is definitely the best gift to give to your loved ones!! And so meaningful :)

I absolutely love miicreative! This is my second paint-by-numbers from them and it turned out great. The colors were a little off this time in the sand region but I think it still looks good. Also in their defense the picture I sent did have a grain filter on it so that’s probably what messed up the colors. Make sure you are sending the picture unfiltered! I still love it though and will be ordering another!

This is Macavity. She was great to work on because I was able to use the different shades of black and brown acrylic paint to bring her fur to life. Getting the right balance of light and dark facial tones in bright Mediterranean sunlight is a challenge but you just have to channel your inner Hockney!
